Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your lumaNYC products. If something isn't right, we're here to help — just email support@lumanyc.shop with your order number.

30-Day Returns
Unused items in their original, unopened packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Email us to start a return and we'll send instructions.

Hygiene Items
For health and safety, opened or used skincare consumables (the Melt & Glow™ collagen films and activator spray) are final sale and can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or a device is faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or short video and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund right away.

How Refunds Work
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or defective.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
