Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Estimates
- United States: 10–18 business days
- Canada, UK & Europe: 12–22 business days
- Rest of world: 15–28 business days
Delivery times are estimates and can vary with carrier and customs conditions, especially during peak seasons.

Tracking
Every order includes tracking. Please allow several days after shipping for the first scan to appear.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country; these are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, or shows delivered but you can't find your package, email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll help investigate or file a carrier claim. Please double-check your address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.
