1. SANITARY INTEGRITY & HYGIENE COMPLIANCE

Due to the personal and intimate nature of hair-care technology and strict health and safety regulations, LumaNYC maintains a Zero-Tolerance Hygiene Policy. The following items are classified as Final Sale and are strictly non-returnable once the factory seal or original packaging has been compromised:

  • The Scalp Therapy Pro: Any device removed from its original heat-sealed shrink-wrap or utilized on human hair.

  • The Liquid Gold Elixir: Any bottle where the safety seal has been broken, tampered with, or removed.

2. 14-DAY LIMITED RETURN WINDOW

We facilitate returns for unopened, unused, and pristine merchandise only. To be eligible for a return, the product must remain in its original factory packaging with all seals intact. You must initiate the return process via support@lumanyc.shop within 14 days of the recorded delivery date.

3. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

LumaNYC conducts rigorous quality control; however, if an electronic component is defective upon arrival, you must submit a formal claim to support@lumanyc.shop within 48 hours of delivery. Claims must include high-resolution photographic or video evidence of the defect. Validated claims will be eligible for a priority replacement at no cost to the consumer.

4. LOGISTICS & RESTORATION FEES

  • Return Shipping: The consumer is solely responsible for all logistics costs and shipping insurance for returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Restocking Fee: To cover the cost of technical inspection and repackaging, all eligible returns are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.

  1. FINALITY OF AGREEMENT: Your successful checkout constitutes a legally binding digital signature. This confirms your acceptance of our Hygiene Protection standards and our international fulfillment timelines.

  2. WAIVER OF CLAIM: You expressly acknowledge that a "failure to read" or "misunderstanding" of these policies does not constitute valid grounds for a refund, return, or credit card dispute. You hereby waive any right to claim "Item Not as Described" regarding shipping durations or hygiene-related return denials that are explicitly outlined in this document.

  3. MEDICAL & SAFETY CONSENT: You confirm that you have reviewed the medical disclaimers regarding EMS/Red Light technology and assume full personal liability for the application and use of our electronic devices.

  4. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: You agree to exhaust all internal support channels via support@lumanyc.shop prior to initiating any third-party financial disputes.
