Orders are dispatched directly from our premier international manufacturing and fulfillment partners in Asia. This strategic approach minimizes our carbon footprint by reducing unnecessary domestic warehousing and ensures you receive the most recent production batches of our technology and elixirs.

2. ESTIMATED LOGISTICS TIMELINES

LumaNYC facilitates worldwide distribution. Delivery durations are calculated in Business Days and vary based on your geographic location and local customs efficiency:

  • Order Processing & Quality Assurance: 2–5 Business Days (Includes technical inspection and sanitized packaging).

  • Standard International Transit: 10–20 Business Days.

  • Disclaimer: These timelines are estimates provided by our carriers. While 95% of orders arrive within the window, LumaNYC is not liable for delays caused by international customs processing, statutory holidays, or global supply chain disruptions.

3. END-TO-END TRACKING

Every transaction is assigned a unique tracking identifier. This information is transmitted to your registered email address upon the parcel’s departure from our international hub. Please allow a 3–5 day synchronization period for the tracking status to reflect accurately in the carrier’s digital system after initial induction.

4. IMPORT DUTIES & REGULATORY FEES

As a Delaware-registered entity shipping globally, LumaNYC is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or value-added taxes (VAT) imposed by your destination country. All regulatory fees are the exclusive legal responsibility of the consumer. We recommend consulting your local customs office prior to purchase if you are unfamiliar with your region's import laws.

5. FINALITY OF DESTINATION & CARRIER LIABILITY

  • Inaccurate Address Entry: LumaNYC fulfills orders to the exact destination provided at checkout. We are not liable for parcels deemed undeliverable due to insufficient or incorrect address data. No refunds will be issued for delivery failures resulting from consumer error.

  • Transfer of Risk: Once a parcel is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier’s tracking system, the risk of loss or theft transfers to the consumer. LumaNYC is not responsible for "Porch Piracy" or theft. For missing items with a "Delivered" status, consumers must initiate a formal claim with their local postal authority.

6. CONSOLIDATED FULFILLMENT STRATEGY

To optimize delivery speed, orders containing multiple items (e.g., the Scalp Therapy Pro and the Liquid Gold Elixir) may be dispatched in separate parcels from specialized fulfillment centers. You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.

  2. WAIVER OF CLAIM: You expressly acknowledge that a "failure to read" or "misunderstanding" of shipping durations does not constitute valid grounds for a refund, return, or credit card dispute. You hereby waive any right to claim "Item Not as Described" regarding transit times that are explicitly outlined in this document.

  3. AUTHORIZATION: By purchasing, you authorize LumaNYC to utilize international carriers and fulfillment partners to deliver your order across borders.

  4. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: You agree to contact support@lumanyc.shop to resolve any logistics grievances prior to initiating a financial dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks based on shipping delays within our stated windows will be contested using this signed agreement as evidence.
